Europe series 2023: Increasing demand for adapted nutrition

The PROOF project investigated how nutrition can best be adapted to patients in an ecological and sustainable way.

Another objective is to see how they can leverage technology to keep the elderly population healthy. To be able to conduct research, a brand new research center has been built, the Food Innovation Park.
