EU Parliament is today considering the downing of drones: von der Leyen warns against Russian hybrid warfare

According to European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and a majority of the European Parliament, the recent violations of European airspace show that Russia is engaged in hybrid warfare. “This is not random intimidation,” the president said of the drones in Poland and planes in Estonia.
