EU Member States yield to aviation and want to undress compensation for flight passengers: “Monstrous Plan”

If it depends on the EU member states, aircraft passengers will only be entitled to compensation at a four-hour delay. The competent ministers agreed on Thursday with a proposal that the current regulation undresses considerably. “A monstrous plan,” says the Dutch Consumers’ Association and Claimbureau Euclaim. Yet the airlines are also dissatisfied: the plan does not go far enough for them.
