Peter Jueptner, who is currently still active as a Group President, international at The Estée Lauder Companies, leaves the US cosmetic group, which also includes the Tom Ford brand.
Jueptner decided to withdraw from his function on April 1 and leave the company on June 30, 2025, said Estée Lauder on Friday. In 2009 he came to the group as Senior Vice President, Strategy, New Business Development and Transformation. In this role, he was involved in strategic mergers and took over as from Le Labo, Kilian Paris, Dr.jart+ and Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle. In 2016 he took over the management for Europe, the Middle East and Africa as a president until he was appointed to his current role in 2022.
“He has contributed to expanding our brand portfolio, expanding our global presence and improving the way we work together across teams and countries to use our global consumers: inside,” said William Lauder, Chair of the Board of Directors. “His combination of strategic specialist knowledge and commercial acumen has left an indelible impression in the company.”
