The two employees of the youth institution in Breda, who were held hostage by a Dutch prisoner on Wednesday, did not survive the fatal shooting that killed the 21-year-old man. They had been kicked out of the car by him before the shooting, reports the Belgian Public Prosecution Service (TO) Thursday.
