ESC 2023: Sam Ryder performs live with Roger Taylor from Queen (video)

Surprise: Roger Taylor accompanied Sam Ryder live on “Mountain”. Check out the clip here.

Queen founding member Roger Taylor appeared on Saturday, May 13, at ESC 2023 as a guest star for the break program: the drummer accompanied British singer-songwriter Sam Ryder during his performance. The 33-year-old Briton represented Great Britain last year with his ESC song “Space Man” and took second place. It is thanks to him that the ESC took place in the UK this year – last year’s Ukrainian winners, Kalush Orchestra, could not host the competition in Ukraine due to the Russian war of aggression.
