Endless process: Ali Bumaye and Fler have to testify in the Bushido process

Bushido’s ongoing process against Arafat Abou-Chaker is entering the next round. Rappers Ali Bumaye and Fler are due to appear in court today, Wednesday, to provide further testimony in the long-running court case. Bushido and Arafat were friendly business partners for a long time – until the tide of friendship turned in 2018.

Family member Ali Bumaye has to testify

The rapper Ali Bumaye, who is responsible in court, is the cousin of Arafat Abou-Chakers and was also part of the Berlin label “Ersguterjunge” until 2018. After the differences between Arafat and Bushido intensified, the latter initially decided to remain in Arafat’s family care. According to BILD research, there are now disputes and the separation of both family members. However, it remains questionable whether Bumaye will nevertheless testify against Arafat.

The fronts are hardened

Bushido raises serious allegations against Ali Bumaye in his documentary on Amazon Prime Video. This is said to have assured Bushido that he would stay by his side after the dispute that arose. In order to break away from Arafat, both are said to have even planned to arm themselves, which should give even more expression to the extent of the conflict. The dispute that flared up between Arafat and Bushido had the same effect on many other rap colleagues from the former successful label “Ersguterjunge”. Due to the ongoing differences between the two parties, many rap colleagues decided to break with the label.

The trigger for the endless process was Bushido’s desire to withdraw from the management contract with Abou-Chaker. The clan leader is said to have locked him in, blackmailed him and threatened him. Since August 2020, Arafat Abou-Chaker has therefore had to answer in the dock of the court.
