The first work of the day, which was held at Can Bartu Facilities under the management of technical director İsmail Kartal, was held in the hall. After the warm-up exercises, core, strength and endurance exercises were performed.
The second workout, which was carried out in the evening hours of the day, started with running, warm-up, coordination and quickness movements. Then, the players divided into 2 groups, 5 on 2 catching and shooting organizations worked. The training ended with double goal matches in a narrow field.
