Emma Wortelboer has been taken back hard by the men of Today Inside. They find it laughable that the presenter thinks she can provide TV criticism. “It’s really shameless.”
Today Inside also stood yesterday as a contender and eventual winner with a camera crew at the red carpet of the Televizier gala. He asked celebrities there about their voting preference. Emma Wortelboer was not exactly enthusiastic about VI: “I don’t think it is a very interesting program from a TV perspective, so I don’t really understand why it should win the Ring.”
Hysterical fry
René van der Gijp finds such a sneer really laughable. “It doesn’t matter to me at all, but how can you, like Emma Wortelboer, talk about the way TV is done?” he responds in VI.
Studio guest Albert Verlinde: “And with your mouth full.”
René: “You just haven’t achieved anything!”

That Emma is just embarrassing herself, René thinks. “Yes, but it is also so shameless, you know. If Joop van den Ende says it, they have been doing it for years, but this… What is this?”
