The grandchild says Williams died on October 2 in Los Angeles. The cause of death has not been made public so far.
Born in San Jose, California, Williams began her acting career in high school, when she became a star What a Life! – movie. Williams was best known for, among other things A man and a naked gun -film series in which he played the scientist Ted Olson.
