With speculation, Ed Sheeran has cleaned up for a permanent move to the USA. In his Instagram stories on Tuesday (September 9th), the singer wrote that the relocation of his family to America was only temporary during his tours.

Misunderstanding by podcast appearance
At the “2 Johnnies Podcast” on Sunday, September 7th, Sheeran mentioned: “I am currently moving to America. I feel like I’m the only one who moves to America. I go on tour there and have a family, so I can’t go back and forth.
Some media and fans interpreted this as a permanent move, which the Briton corrected in its Instagram post: “To avoid misunderstandings: I do not move permanently. I tour with my family and only move temporarily to the continent we are on. In addition, this has nothing to do with taxes, I continue to pay in Great Britain.”
