about 300 g of sliced ​​smoked salmon

1. Mix the dough ingredients together until the dough is greasy soft. Press the dough into the pie pan (diameter 27 cm) and just over the edges.

2. Spread the cheese on top of the pie base.

3. Chop the onion, squeeze the garlic with a garlic press and mix the onions together. Add the onions on top of the cheese.
