A 31-year-old Dutchman risks the death penalty in Bali after police discovered a cannabis plantation. The sensitive discovery happened in his rented home in Denpasar, the capital of the Indonesian island. The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs is aware of the case, AD reports.
