In the Super Cup semi-final, Galatasaray defeated Trabzonspor 4-1 and advanced to the final. After the match, the president of the yellow-red club, Dursun Özbek, made a statement to the press at the exit of Gaziantep Stadium.
Underlining that a transfer will be made, Özbek made the following statements about the financial situation and planning of the club:

Dursun Özbek also announced that he visited Erden Timur in Silivri. Uzbek, “My brother Erden is a good Galatasaray supporter. He also supported our club as a sponsor before.
