How often are minors engaged by drug gangs? These are no longer exceptional situations, according to figures that N-VA requested from Justice Minister Annelies Verlinden (CD&V). Of the 17,724 drug cases that came before the juvenile court in the past three years, a quarter involved minors who did dirty jobs – such as dealing and delivering drugs.
