There is finally shot in the case for dozens of Neckermann customers who have been waiting for more than nine months for the repayment of their journey after the bankruptcy of the German tour operator FTI (with which Neckermann collaborated). At the beginning of this month, angry customers witnessed this at HLN consumer expert Safia Yachou. Since then they have taken action there, from a conversation at the CEO to at least 20 reimbursements this week. The European Commission has also started an investigation.
