Justice is hunting top criminal Sjef R., who allegedly runs an international drug empire from Dubai. The Public Prosecution Service is demanding 20 years in prison and is preparing a confiscation case for 12.5 million euros. Cracked encrypted PGP chats show that Sjef not only used encrypted communication, but also became a ‘provider’ of such systems. In addition to R., co-suspect Hans V. is also on the run.
