Domino track of 1400 crates built after closing time in supermarket

Employees of the PLUS Peek in Tilburg have built a domino lane of crates that runs through the entire supermarket. About twenty employees worked on Friday evening after closing time, the job was completed within two hours. It did require some preparation. “We saved up crates all week. We had a total of 1,400,” says Yorick van Krieken, bread department manager. The moment of truth was just as exciting. “I had to give a little extra push once, but otherwise it went smoothly.” The goal of the domino track is to usher in the supermarket’s new savings campaign.
