The death toll of the heavy, sudden floods in the US state of Texas have risen to at least 104 people. American media report this after the local Sherrif announced in the heavily affected Kerr County on Monday evening that the number of deaths there has risen to 84 people, including 28 children and 56 adults. 10 girls and a supervisor are still missing who were in the area at Zomerkamp. The camp previously confirmed on Monday that 28 children and animators died. Rescue workers are still searching for survivors, but there is a fear of more deaths. Local authorities also warn of new floods due to rain showers in the region.
