The shopping center operator Dodenhof appoints Guido Thome and Sebastian von Eys to new managing directors.
The company based in Posthausen confirmed this on Thursday at the request of fashionunited. Both compete on October 1st and complement the existing management team with Ralph Dodenhof, managing partner, and Thomas Pelz, Managing Director Mode, Sport & Lifestyle.
The aim of the expansion is to increase operational efficiency, implement strategic projects even more specifically and to set the course for sustainable growth.
Supplement to COO & CFO
Thome takes over the position of the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Dodenhof Immobilien- und Service KG. In this function, he retains his previous tasks in construction and facility management, but also takes responsibility for center management as well as real estate and property management. Thome has been with Dodenhof since 2018. Previously, he was employed by Metro Properties (Metro Group) in Düsseldorf as Head of Project Development and Construction Management.
In the future, Eys will act as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the group and responsible for finance and staff. Eyss is also not a newcomer to Dodenhof: He has been working in the company since 2012, most recently as head of controlling, financial and accounting. A year and a half ago, he also took over the management of the HR area.
“With Guido Thome and Sebastian von Eys’s two proven specialists and long -term managers, who know our company and have successfully shaped our company in recent years,” says Ralph Dodenhof “I am very much looking forward to working and I am convinced that we create a very good basis for the further development of our company.”
