Discussion inheritance tax flared up: “730 families donated 6.72 billion euros without paying taxes”

The Flemish government plans to reform the inheritance tax. Coalition partner Vooruit asks Minister of Finance Ben Weyts (N-VA) to close tax back gates. In 2023, 730 families could have poured around 7 billion euros together without paying inheritance tax.
