Deutsche Bank wants to issue securities that are recognized as Additional Tier 1 instruments.
The Frankfurter Bank announced an issue with a benchmark volume and a first termination date of October 30, 2034. The basis for the issue is an authorization from the previous general meeting, according to the statement. The planned issue with a denomination of 200,000 euros serves to support the debt ratio as well as the core capital ratio and the total capital ratio of Deutsche Bank. The share temporarily rose by 0.14 percent to 29.43 euros via XETRA.
