The sentencing court in Ghent decided today that Freddy Horion (78), the six-time murderer of Sint-Amandsberg, will not be released with an ankle monitor. After almost half a century in prison and a legal battle, Horion had hoped to be allowed to leave prison, but the court mercilessly closed the door.
