The Cologne Haie had to surrender to EHC Munich at the start of the season. A double strike in the second third brought the guest victory on the way.

The KEC lost 2: 4 (0: 0, 1: 2, 1: 2) in the sold-out Cologne-Arena. “We still have a lot of work ahead of us. We have a lot of new boys and still have to grow together,” said Cologne attacker Maxi Kammerer after the game at Magenta Sport.

Gripping start – opportunities on both sides
