A body was found in a house on Kaardenbol in Sprang-Capelle on Monday morning. A major police investigation has begun. Emergency services responded en masse. It is not yet clear what exactly is going on. Several ambulances came to the house and an air ambulance also landed nearby.
In the meantime, the police investigation is in full swing. Officers in white suits can be seen. There is also a police presence and there are white tents.
A PD unit, a special police unit for crime scene investigation, comes to De Kaardenbol to conduct further investigation.
The police do not yet want to say what is going on. More later.
