The incident happened around 3.20 pm on the Bosweg in the Korte Akkeren district. The seriously injured victim was still treated by the emergency services, but died on the street. That reports Omroep West. A few people witnessed the violence incident. According to the AD, the children of the murdered woman were possible in the neighborhood when it happened.
On images you can see that the area is widely deposited. The police have conducted traces. Nothing has been announced yet about the identity of the victim.

Mayor Pieter Verhoeve responded to the shooting incident on X. “Horrible news,” he writes. “A fatal victim of a shooting, it is hard to understand. All the strength for the relatives, the local residents and the emergency services desired.”
