The Tour de France 2025 is just around the corner. Cycling expert Jens Voigt believes in a German podium on the legendary tour of France.
Defending champion Tadej Pogacar and Jonas Vingegaard go to the Tour de France 2025 as the top favorites. From German perspective, hopes are mainly due to Florian Lipowitz. The 24-year-old ended the Dauphiné in June as the overall press behind the two cycling giants.
Ex-professional Jens Voigt also believes in a respectable success in the 112nd edition of the Tour de France.
Does Lipowitz make it onto the tour podium?
The cycling expert typed “Eurosport”: “Pogacar in front of Vingegaard-and Lipowitz surprised and will be third. I also hope that Roglic will get through, but maybe the German is simply stronger.”

Lipowitz is “self -confident thanks to the Dauphiné – not many can say that Evenepoel has hit on a tour. Florian drives so strongly all year round that it would not be completely out of air,” Voigt explained his opinion.
“That would also be the white jersey [für den beten Fahrer unter 25 Jahren, Anm.d.Red.] For him mean, “the 53-year-old ordered.
Exciting duel at the Tour de France?
Pogacar and Vingegaard are expected to make the yellow jersey for the overall victory at this year’s Tour de France. Voigt believes in an exciting tour of France.
“There will be no triumph with six stage wins and a ten -minute lead,” the specialist predicted.
Pogacar won the Tour de France in 2020, 2021 and 2024. Vingegaard, on the other hand, triumphed in 2022 and 2023. The Danish challenger sees himself again at a similar level as at his last overall victory, as he revealed to “Eurosport” in front of the “Grand Départ” in Lille.
