Social media are not responsible for the shooting in the American city of Buffalo in 2022. The Court of Appeal in the state of New York ruled on Friday that platforms such as Reddit and YouTube and the social media Instagram and Facebook of parent company Meta cannot be held liable for the content that users post on it.
