The Council of State followed the advice of the auditor. Last week, the Council of State had also rejected the profession of train builder Siemens Mobility against the decision of the NMBS to designate CAF (Construccions Y Auxiliar de Ferrocarriles) as a preferred provider when supplying hundreds of new train sets of the type of AM30.
