Mother of Corey Haim, who died in 2010, denies harassment allegations in ‘Corey Feldman vs. The World’ Son was heterosexual and never alone on set.

In the new documentary “Corey Feldman vs. The World,” actor Corey Feldman makes serious allegations against his former co-star Corey Haim, who died in 2010 at the age of 38. Feldman claims Haim sexually harassed him in 1987 during the filming of “The Lost Boys.” Haim’s mother also responded to these allegations and firmly rejected them.

Harassment allegations against Corey Haim

According to Feldman, Haim allegedly told him, “Hey man, let’s make out,” and explained that such behavior was common in the industry. Feldman reports that Haim subsequently organized an encounter, although he responded negatively, and describes the events in the documentary as “the truth.”

Mother firmly denies allegations

Haim’s mother, Judy Haim, strongly denied the allegations. She told TMZ that Feldman was making up lies to gain attention and distract from his own behavior. She emphasized that her son was heterosexual and had no interest in men. Judy Haim also recalled that Haim was never unsupervised during filming, as she, his sister or his father were always present. She also criticized the fact that Feldman only made the allegations decades after they became friends, which she said questioned the credibility of the statements. Judy Haim called Feldman’s representations “deeply defamatory” and hasn’t ruled out possible legal action.

Charlie Sheen denies complicity

Charlie Sheen, who also starred in “The Lost Boys,” is cited in Feldman’s account as evidence of the supposed normality of sexually harassing behavior. Feldman claims Haim told him that Sheen had assured Feldman’s advances were acceptable. However, the “Two And A Half Man” star rejected this portrayal in the documentary, calling the allegations “sick, twisted and absurd.”

From the comeback documentary to the scandal

The documentary, which was produced by director Marcie Hume over almost ten years, was originally conceived as a film about Feldman’s comeback and the tour of his musical group “Corey’s Angels”. During the shoot, Hume also documented critical scenes: Some former dancers reported on Feldman’s controlling behavior, including determining food, clothing and shower times as well as the lack of fees. A former participant spoke of a “pure sex cult” in the documentary.

Controversy surrounding the memory of the late star

Feldman’s allegations come in the context of his long-standing public statements about sexual assault that he and Haim are said to have experienced in their youth. The controversy between Feldman and the Haim family is currently generating intense debate in Hollywood and the media as it touches on the late actor’s memory while raising questions about the credibility of the documentary.
