In navolging van the Wereld Meteorological Organization (WMO) the Europese aardobservatiedienst Copernicus will be released in 2025 on the tweede of the warmest year. The army should be prepared for the attack three years before the first symbolic level of 1.5 degrees Celsius was reached. This is visible from the climatological bulletin of Copernicus.
