The Tamaris sub-brand Newd has been standing on its own two feet since July, but the cooperation with the designer Kilian Kerner will be taken over by the umbrella brand itself for the upcoming Berlin Fashion Week.

Tamaris is taking over the partnership with the designer from Newd, the shoe brand, which is part of the Wortmann Group, announced on Wednesday. As part of this collaboration, Tamaris will complement Kilian Kerner’s looks at Berlin Fashion Week for the first time as an exclusive shoe partner. The presentation will take place on January 31, 2025 at the Uber Eats Music Hall during the opening show of Fashion Week.

The focus of the cooperation is the combination of the feminine brand identity of Tamaris with the creative signature of Kilian Kerner. This symbiosis should be reflected in various facets of the catwalk collection. Both partners see this as an ideal basis for a successful realignment.

At Berlin Fashion Week, Kilian Kerner will present a collection entitled “Shitstorm” that is intended to make a statement against hatred and agitation. With around 45 looks for men and women, the designer combines “progressive daywear with glamorous accents, denim with sequins and dramatic volumes with delicate details,” according to the statement.
