Amsterdam – For twenty years a facility employee worked ‘with heart and soul’ at a cultural center in Haaksbergen. But when the center ran into financial difficulties in 2021, the employee was fired just before her retirement. In the meantime, the center has hired two new employees who have taken over its duties. That went down the wrong way for the former employee. She successfully went to court. Cultural center De Kappen has to pay her almost €22,000.
