Clan man Ali Abou-Chaker back in court

Next week there will be numerous trials at the Berlin Criminal Court. This time in the dock: drug cops, poisoners and a well-known clan member who is said to have tried to collect debts with a machete.

Monday

9.30 a.m., room B306: Valmir M. (28) is said to have attacked a gas station in Neukölln in August 2022 and stolen 300 euros. He is also said to have tried to hit a policewoman in a police station. Now he’s supposed to go to a psychiatrist.

9.30 a.m., Room 500: Pauliane MT (30) is said to have poisoned a man in Neukölln last February and then stole 600 euros from the unconscious man. In addition, she is said to have poured poison into a person’s beer last December and then stole money and jewelry worth almost 3,500 euros from the person who was also unconscious.

1 p.m., Room 135: Police officers Roger M. (47), Gregor M. (47) and Sven W. (34) are said to have informed drug dealers about raids and protected them from prosecution. On the other hand, the police are said to have beaten up other dealers. The officers are charged with embezzlement, obstruction of justice, bodily harm, breach of official secrets and possession of narcotics.

Tuesday

9 a.m., room B219: Gregor A. (42) is said to have sexually abused his wife’s children (born in 2009 and 2012) in her apartment in Marzahn-Hellersdorf from 2016 to January 2022 in a total of 110 cases.

9.15 a.m., Room 736: Yahya Q. (27) is said to have sexually abused his niece (born in 2005), who mostly lived in his Lichtenberg apartment, between March 2018 and September 2021.

9.30 a.m., room 621: Chris R. (30) is charged with aggravated robbery. He is said to have attacked a supermarket in Marzahn last March, threatened the cashier with an air pistol and stole around 3,700 euros from the till.

9.30 a.m., Room 806: Ali Abou-Chaker (48) from the notorious Arab clan, Abais C. (43) and Nathalie B. (30) are accused of particularly serious robbery or aiding and abetting. On Boxing Day 2020, armed with a pistol, machete and pepper spray, they are said to have tried to collect debts from a man in Kreuzberg. Instead of the original 4,000 euros, 10,000 euros are said to have been demanded, which the threatened person was unable to pay.

9.30 a.m., Room 820: Badol S. (51), operator of five restaurants in Berlin, is said to have reported much lower employee salaries to social security than were actually paid and thus withheld more than 500,000 euros in contributions. He is also said to have reported too low sales to the tax office and therefore paid too few taxes.

1 p.m., Room 701: Albert F. (47) is said to have shown the “Hitler salute” several times, racially insulted and threatened passers-by. In Heidering prison, he is said to have threatened an employee with a razor blade. Now he’s supposed to go to a psychiatrist.

Thursday

9 a.m., room 217: Afrim B. (46) is accused of attempted murder, among other things. He is said to have fired six shots at a passing car in Lichtenberg last November and seriously injured the driver, the new boyfriend of his ex-partner.

9 a.m., room 4092: Between June 2022 and last February, Winfried M. (64) is said to have participated in 18 roadblocks by the climate extremist group “Last Generation” and also stuck to the asphalt. Due to a traffic jam caused in this way, two ambulances arrived eight and three minutes late respectively after a serious accident on Bundesallee in which a cyclist died.

9 a.m., room B129: Arsim A. (36) and Fatmir A. (34) are said to have stolen entire ATMs in Wilmersdorf, among other places, between February and May 2022. Once it is said to have succeeded in breaking open a machine and looting 33,000 euros.

9.30 a.m., room B306: Bela W. (29) is said to have attacked and beaten passers-by for no reason. The public prosecutor’s office is seeking placement in a psychiatric ward.

Friday

9.15 a.m., room 217: Sascha G. (41), Thomas F. (41) and Derya M. (33) are accused of attempted murder, among other things. The trio is said to have fatally injured a man in his apartment in Wedding with a baseball bat in September 2013.

9.30 a.m., Room 820: Dominik K. (21) is said to have attacked a gas station in Kreuzberg last Christmas, threatened the employee with a blank gun and stole 720 euros from the cash register.
