Clan lawyers prevent key witness from testifying

By Anne Losensky

Day 2 in the trial before the regional court about a clan coup with a 49 million euro loot. And there is still no trace of it today. There are defendants who remain silent. And there are defendants who talk.

Those who are said to have taken part in a clan coup in which 49 million euros were stolen remain silent: The best (and most expensive) lawyers in Berlin serve as mouthpieces. They do good things even for bad people. Anyone who breaks out of this clan phalanx of silence will talk for their lives.

He only puts others on the knife to save his own skin: For penalty discounts and protection against acts of revenge. Anyone who unpacks lives dangerously. Deep insights into the scum of clan structures as a one-way ticket to the witness protection program.

One such person is entrepreneur Thomas S. (52): Both defendant and key witness against his alleged accomplices in the trial of the 49 million coup on Fasanenstrasse.

The father of the family was the head of a safe facility in the basement of Fasanenstrasse 77 near Kudamm. It was cleared out there on November 19, 2022.

According to the prosecution, the crooks started at 7:13 a.m. and transported the loot by 7:34 p.m. 295 of 2,000 lockers were broken into (35 million euros), 996 luxury watches were stolen from a safe (14 million euros). Disinfectant solution was sprayed, gasoline was distributed, car tires were set on fire to destroy traces. The businessman is said to have owed 1.3 million euros to the notorious Miri clan and therefore took part.

Four bearded clan leaders are in custody and now in the hall behind bulletproof glass: “Mastermind” Bilall M. (42), “Gentleman” Mahmoud MY. (26), “Kiezkönig” Muhammet H. (42) and “Stooge” Kenan S. (28). The entrepreneur sits opposite behind bulletproof glass with two bodyguards.

His testimony in court is eagerly awaited. He is ready for this. But the clan lawyers are preventing that for now. They demand that the public prosecutor “officially assure” that “all files are really there and complete.” New files are constantly being added.

But that’s no wonder: there are eleven other suspects who are being investigated at high speed!

At the request of the defense attorneys, the main hearing will be interrupted for further study of the files. There is still no trace of the 49 million loot. The defendants face long prison sentences.

Continues November 13th. Judgment on January 25, 2024
