Chess superstar Magnus Carlsen and his wife Ella will soon have a new home. The Norwegian repels his luxury apartment in one of the nobleest residential areas Oslos. He promises a rich profit from the deal. It is unclear whether the couple will stay in Norway afterwards.

For the 138 square meter apartment, the Schachen superstar demands the equivalent of around 2.3 million euros. If he gets this price, he should look forward to a rich profit. In 2020 he acquired the property for “only” around 1.65 million euros.
Carlsen-Vater does not want to confirm sales
The new owner may not only look forward to an exclusive neighborhood, but also to two bathrooms, two balconies and a gym, a café, a café, a reception and cleaning and repair service. According to the “E24”, the additional monthly costs for this amount to around 1150 euros per month.
