Before Roger van Damme became a famous cook and pastry chef, he was DJ. In dance café Jopie in his native village Sluis, he pumped new beat, acid and hits through the boxes every weekend in the late 1980s, early nineties. His son Lucca (16) has also taken that way. On Tomorrowland he played a set for the third year in a row, and as a producer he has already released two songs. “He is an even bigger perfectionist than me,” says his proud father.
