Chairman of the Munich Safety Conference bursts out in tears and calls meeting “European nightmare”

The safety conference of Munich was “in a sense a European nightmare”. Chairman Christoph Heusgen said this on Sunday after the international meeting of world leaders and experts. At the final press conference, the chairman had erupted in tears, as can be seen in the video above.
