Cercle Brugge proposes two reinforcements

The Association currently boasts an impressive seventh place in the Jupiler Pro League, with barely one point less than outgoing champion Antwerp. Cercle Brugge played a practice match against Beerschot this afternoon, which Groen-Zwart won 3-1.

The Bruges club brings in two new players just before the team leaves for a winter internship to Monaco. Noah De Ridder is the first addition. The 20-year-old midfielder switches from Jong KAA Gent to Cercle Brugge and signed a contract until June 2024, with the option for an additional year. De Ridder is a youth product of KAA Gent. He made his debut in the highest Belgian football class against Zulte Waregem last season. De Ridder goes with the first team on an internship to Monaco, but was mainly brought in as a player for Jong Cercle who will play in the Second National.
