A ceasefire has been declared a day after the start of a military operation by Azerbaijan in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict region. The authorities of the internationally unrecognized republic of Nagorno-Karabakh in the South Caucasus accepted a Russian proposal, the Armenian news agency Armenpress said on Wednesday.
