On Tuesday June 28, 2022, 360 Learning, the learning collaboration specialist, is organizing a webconference to present the case of Bergerat Monnoyeur. It is the Belgian concessionaire of Caterpillar machines, working in different sectors of activity such as public works, roads or even roads. The company regularly trains itinerant and sedentary technicians.

To simplify the process, they wanted an intuitive platform that would allow them to quickly create content, and simply evolve it with learner feedback. They were also looking to create more engagement during training, and to decentralize the creation of content to allow their experts to share their knowledge. To do this, they turned to collaborative learning.

During this webinar, the company will discuss the creation of its Digital Academy, which has 10 authors. They have created more than 400 mini-trainings. Mathieu Tournade, Academy Manager at Bergerat Monnoyeur and Jennifer Pourrier, Client Success Partner at 360Learning, will explain how to achieve such results.
