Independiente, one of the Argentina First Football League teams, appointed Carlos Tevez as the manager.
In the statement made by the club, it was recorded that 39-year-old Tevez signed a one-year contract.
Tevez, who played for Boca Juniors, Corinthians, Manchester United, Manchester City and Juventus in his football career, previously coached his country’s Rosario Central team.
