Carl B. (60) passed on exam questions to the children of lawyer friends, now he and three colleagues ‘risk’ having to appear in court themselves

If it is up to the Public Prosecutor’s Office, the magistrates involved in the fraud with the magistrates’ exam will soon have to appear in court. All four are suspected of violating professional secrecy. The key figure is the former Advocate General Carl B. (60). He passed on the questions of the magistrates’ exam to five candidates. Among them are the children of two attorneys. The Public Prosecutor’s Office asked this afternoon to refer them to the criminal court. The decision will be made at the end of this summer.
