Cardi B on Instagram about her new phase of life:
Family relationships and relationships
Cardi B, real name Belcalis Almánzar, brings with her three older children from her relationship with rapper Offset. The couple’s divorce, which she filed for the second time in 2024, is not yet finalized. Diggs is already the father of two girls. Known as a couple since October 2024, the duo made their first public appearance together at an NBA game in May 2025. They kept the pregnancy private for a long time and only confirmed it in autumn 2025. Together, the couple is now raising six children in their blended family.
Criticism of the new album release
Cardi B recently found herself under fire again when she released an “Ultimate Edition” of her new album AM I THE DRAMA on November 12th. In addition to the 23 existing songs, this album version now contains ten more tracks, some of which were released a long time ago. The fact that she released her biggest hits “Up” (2021) and “WAP” (2020) on AM I THE DRAMA anyway was already widely discussed after the album was released in September 2025. However, the artist firmly rejected the criticism – her fans had asked for the old hits to be re-released. She complied with this, she explained on X. Now the debate flared up again. There are speculations circulating on TikTok that she made this decision because her album is about to break the record as the album that spends the most weeks in the top 10 female rap albums on the Billboard 200.
