In the middle of the night, Capital Bra filmed his own hospital admission on TikTok. Now the rapper has addressed his fans with a statement.
In the past, Capital Bra has made it public about having problems with drugs. For a long time after the confession, the German rapper claimed to be clean. However, a recent TikTok stream has fans worried.
Capital Bra had to go to the hospital
On the night of April 19, 2026 to April 20, 2026, a TikTok live stream by the rapper could be seen online. In it he filmed himself being taken to hospital in an ambulance. All the while he kept calling for help.
“We’ll help you, we told you that. We’re almost at the hospital now. Stay relaxed. Everything’s fine,” a paramedic tried to calm the artist. When the paramedic realized he was being filmed, he seemed to react negatively about it. Somewhat incomprehensibly, Capital Bra can be heard saying, “This is TikTok,” before showing himself.
“What kind of drugs did you take?”
The stream continued in the hospital. A doctor asked the “Berlin Lives” interpreter what kind of drugs he had taken. “Xanax, tilidine, cocaine” was the answer. When asked when he took it, he replied: “Right now!” Suffering from a panic attack, the rapper asked, “Why aren’t you helping me?” Nothing more was initially available from the stream.
Statement after hospitalization
Capital Bra has now been released from the hospital. He spoke up via Instagram and addressed his fans from a car. “Brother, I was hypothermic. My hands are still cold,” he told his manager.
He also addressed a few words to his fans: “Guys, sorry. I didn’t want to worry you too much.” He was also apparently upset that he wasn’t helped quickly enough: “Just because you’ve been caught on drugs – that’s not cool! Then you have to go live, not cool at all. Guys, it doesn’t mean that I had nothing to do with drugs and that I took them. That could have cost me my life. Anything could have happened. I was afraid for my life, if you want to know exactly.”
Managers also spoke up
Manager Drilon Cocaj also made a statement via Instagram story. In it he explained: “He’s a very good boy. But unfortunately he has a quirk sometimes when it comes to drugs. He was actually gone for a very long time, but slipped away again yesterday.” Towards the end of the statement he announced that “everything was fine again”. About the rapper he said: “He is now at home and is going to sleep. The doctor also said everything is fine. His values are good.”
