Coachella, merch and a mysterious RSVP link: Justin Bieber is sending unmistakable signals for a world tour. When the announcement will come – and what fans can expect.
After two weeks of “Bieberchella”, numerous records and a worldwide outbreak of Bieber Fever, fans are now speculating about an imminent live comeback. After the “Justice” tour was canceled in 2021 for health reasons and Justin Bieber’s mental state became increasingly quiet, it was unclear for a long time whether he would even perform live again. However, there are now increasing indications that a comeback on stage could be closer than expected.
Coachella and fan show as the starting signal
Even before the Coachella Festival, Bieber caused a stir with a particularly intimate “private” show in Los Angeles. The venue only allowed around 500 guests; there were no regular tickets. Instead, you had to be on an exclusive email list. Anyone who was not part of the close circle of friends and family also had to hand over their cell phone.
During this time, Bieber also shared the meaningful message “See you all soon” on his social media channels. After his first Coachella appearance, Bieber fever noticeably picked up speed. The first speculations about an upcoming tour were making the rounds. One reason for this: merchandise that was strongly reminiscent of the design of the “Purpose World Tour”. The word “Swag” ran like a common thread through the collection and linked to his current artistic phase.
More information on the second weekend of Coachella
With his appearance on the second weekend of Coachella, the signs continued to grow. Old tour merch appeared again, and Justin Bieber said goodbye again with the words: “See you all soon”.
A look at his official website further reinforces this impression. It says: “Sorry, there are no shows at the moment”. Directly below, however, there is a note to register for future tour dates via an RSVP link. Fans can register via email or Spotify account to be among the first to hear about new concerts.
Possible ticket prices
There is already a lot of speculation within the fan community. One content creator worked particularly intensively on possible scenarios and tried to derive a potential tour structure based on current industry trends. According to his theory, Bieber could be guided by Bruno Mars’ prices.
Accordingly, ticket prices could start at around 83 euros for the cheapest seats, while so-called platinum tickets could be between 200 and 500 euros. At the same time, he assumes that the majority of tickets will be in the 200 euro range, as experience has shown that cheap contingents are very limited.
Residency instead of a classic world tour?
Another exciting aspect is the possible structure of the tour. Instead of classic stops in many cities, Bieber could rely on the so-called residency model, in which an artist plays several shows in a single city. This concept has become established in recent years with major acts such as Harry Styles.
For Germany, this could mean that there will only be one city with several concerts. In the less favorable scenario, fans would have to move abroad – for example to Amsterdam or London.
When could the announcement follow?
According to various fan sites, there could be contractual reasons why Bieber hasn’t officially announced his tour yet. Accordingly, he was prohibited from publishing relevant information during the Coachella Festival in order to preserve the exclusivity of his appearances there.
If this is true, an announcement would not be possible until April 21st at the earliest. Experience has shown that advance sales would start about a week later. Until then, everything remains speculation – but rarely have the clues seemed as concrete as they do now. In any case, the “Beliebers” agree: Justin Bieber is about to make his big live comeback.
