Cambuur has to miss trainer Henk de Jong against leader PSV | Dutch football

Cambuur coach Henk de Jong will miss the match against PSV on Saturday 1 October. The prosecutor paid football has trainer Henk de Jong of SC Cambuur made a settlement proposal of two games suspension, one of which is conditional. Cambuur agreed to the settlement proposal.

The Frisian club also accepted the penalties for Mees Hoedemakers and Alex Bangura, who, like De Jong, had been shown red on Saturday during the lost away game against RKC Waalwijk (5-1). Both Hoedemakers and Bangura have been suspended for three games, one of which is conditional.

Midfielder Hoedemakers received a red card in Waalwijk in the 8th minute, defender Bangura in the injury time of the first half. De Jong also had to go to the stands after half an hour, because he had scolded referee Sander van der Eijk after he had given a penalty to RKC due to hands by Jamie Jacobs. Cambuur was leading 1-0 with ten men at the time, but Michiel Kramer tied the score from 11 meters. In the last fifteen minutes of the game, RKC ran over the nine Cambuur players.

De Jong’s team is in seventeenth place in the Eredivisie, with 4 points from seven games.
