On Thursday, June 12, Calesita returns, a playful and performative event that invites the public to turn through the Buenos Aires city for a whole night, visiting some of the best restaurants. Each headquarters offers an exclusive letter, product of collaboration among the best chefs in the country and international guests. The meeting has the invaluable support of Bigbox, Bodega Luigi Bosca, ICBC, Dazzler by Wyndham and the Government of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.

How does the event work? The diners design their night route in the way they prefer, visiting all or some of the restaurants that will receive invited chefs. The entrance to Calesita is free, without reservation and in order of arrival. This edition will feature referents from the kitchens of Mexico, Panama, Guatemala, Brazil, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Uruguay, Chile and Bolivia.

The menu will include the different creations of each cook, host or guest, and the participants can choose, to the letter, what to try before leaving for their next destination. As in past editions, you can enjoy pairing per cup or bottle with the Luigi Bosca winery labels. Restaurants are as follows:

Nº7 and best bar in South America by The World’s 50 Best Bars. Considered as the best bar in Argentina, with one of the Lima referents, Aaron Díaz (Carnival – Lima). Finally, the UAT, as in the past editions, will be in charge of closing the circuit the night with a fantastic party.
