The Council of Ministers has approved the first three asylum laws of Minister Marjolein Faber (Asylum and Migration). These include proposals for, among other things, the introduction of a dual-status system for asylum seekers, the cancellation of asylum permits for an indefinite period and restrictions on family reunification.
