THE’Act 2 of Byd arrives in Europe. The Chinese brand presented its compact electric SUV, ready to make its debut on the Old Continent market. Shorter and narrower than Act 3the new model from Byd aims to make its way into city contexts. Proof of this is the autonomy in the urban cycle: 463 kilometreswhich drop to 312 combined. A distance that will allow those who drive Atto 2 in the city not to have to worry too much about charging. The European launch for this model is expected in the month of February 2025.

Byd Act 2 is long 4,310 mm145 mm less than Atto 3, and 1,830 mm wide, 45 less than its “cousin”. Wide wheelbase of 2,620 millimetres. As for the exterior, Atto 2 is characterized by the front grille and the sharp corners of the bumpers. The headlights are full LED. The trunk has a capacity of 400 litres which reaches 1,340 by lowering the rear seats.

The electric SUV from the Chinese company is equipped with the Blade battery. Made of lithium iron phosphate (LFP), it has a nominal capacity of 45.1 kWh. The autonomy of Atto 2 stands at 312 kilometers for the combined cycle and 463 for the urban cycle. Power chapter: the front engine is capable of producing 130 kW. A version with a larger battery and, consequently, greater autonomy will also arrive in the coming weeks.
